Dear Tenant(s):

You are holding over beyond the move-out date as per your 10-day or our 15-day notice given under paragraph 9 of the TSSA Self Storage Rental Agreement.

You are hereby requested to vacate your storage space immediately. Demand for possession is hereby made. Your failure to immediately vacate may subject you to the rental agreement remedies of eviction, overlocks, cutoff of utilities paid for by lessor, and holdover rents.

Also, if you have not vacated the premises by the end of office or gate hours, whichever is later, on the _____ day of ___________________, _______(which is at least three days from either personal delivery of this notice, or if mailed, at least three days from the date of delivery or the first attempted delivery) appropriate legal action will be taken before the Justice Court. Delay or postponement of any eviction proceedings will not waive our rights to proceed with eviction or other remedies. Please keep in mind the facility hours and plan accordingly.
